📦 **Returns & Exchanges Policy**

We want you to love your purchase from Empower by Design! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

🕒 **Return Window**  
You may request a return or exchange within **30 days** of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

🔄 **Exchanges**  
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item if available. Just email us at **ConsumerHubOutlets@gmail.com** to get started.

🚫 **Non-Returnable Items**  
Because many of our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns on:  
- Customized or personalized products  
- Items marked as final sale  
- Digital downloads or gift cards

📬 **How to Start a Return or Exchange**  
To begin the process, please email us with your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos (if applicable). We'll walk you through the next steps.

💸 **Refunds**  
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

🔍 **Damaged or Defective Items**  
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery. We’ll make it right—promise!
