When I created Uplifted By Design, I wasn't just starting a clothing brand — I was making a statement. A statement that said: we deserve to take up space, be seen, and be celebrated exactly as we are.
The name says it all. Uplifted By Design — because nothing about this brand is accidental. Every word, every graphic, every piece is intentional. Designed to uplift. Designed to challenge the narrative around disability, neurodiversity, and mental health.
And Empowered By You — because this brand isn't mine alone. It belongs to every person who has ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or underestimated. When you wear a piece from Uplifted By Design, you become part of the mission. You are the movement.
Why This Brand Exists
I built this brand from lived experience — navigating a world that wasn't always designed with people like me in mind. I know what it feels like to be spoken over, looked past, or reduced to a diagnosis. And I know the power of seeing yourself reflected in something bold, something beautiful, something that says: I am more than your expectations.
That's what Uplifted By Design is. It's advocacy you can wear. It's community you can feel. It's a reminder — for you and everyone around you — that neurodiversity is a strength, not a limitation.
